Imagine a day where nobody needs anything from you.

You're not having to think three steps ahead. This day is just for you to take up space and breathe.

So let me paint you a picture of what your day looks like...

You'll wind your way to Rudry through some beautiful Welsh country lanes and arrive at a warm, light-filled space with the most gorgeous views of the rolling countryside. From the moment you walk through the door you are completely off duty. The only thing you'll need to decide all day is whether you'd like tea or coffee!

We'll start the morning with a beautiful sound bath, a chance to truly arrive, let go of whatever you've carried in with you, and settle into the space. The crystal bowls are fully immersive so you can focus on the present moment and whatever it is you need. 

From there we move into a cacao ceremony and mothers' sharing circle, which is always such a special part of the day. There's something really magical that happens when a group of women sit together and are truly heard in their experience of matrescence. It's a safe, held space, judgement free zone. Don't worry if you've not sat in circle before, you get to be fully you and say as little or as much as you like. So many women tell me how powerful the experience can be.

Lunch is a lovely, unhurried part of the day too, good food, good company, and conversations that go a little deeper than the school gate. You'll find so much in common with the women around you.

The afternoon brings gentle movement that feels nourishing rather than challenging, and the chance to be creatively free. I won't give everything away but I promise you'll leave feeling like you've reconnected with a part of yourself that's been a little quiet lately.

You'll go home feeling recharged and more like yourself and ready to step back into family life with a new sense of energy and excitement rather than just going through the motions.
